Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Dezcry platform and website (dezcry.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of service

Dezcry provides an AI-powered eDiscovery and document review platform for processing, classifying, redacting, searching, and exporting documents. The platform is offered as a cloud-hosted service or as a dedicated deployment within your own infrastructure, depending on your plan.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. Each user must have their own account — shared credentials are not permitted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Dezcry platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You shall not:

• Use the platform to process data in violation of applicable data protection laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts, or our systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
• Use the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our services or interfere with other users.

5. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you upload to the platform. Dezcry does not claim ownership of your content. We process your data solely to provide the services you have requested. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days, after which it will be deleted from our systems.

6. Intellectual property

The Dezcry platform, including its software, design, documentation, and branding, is owned by Dezcry and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose during the term of your agreement.

7. Fees and payment

Fees are charged according to the plan you select, as described on our Pricing page. We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Overdue payments may result in suspension of access. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. While we strive for high availability and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that AI-generated outputs will be error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dezcry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases and you must export any data you wish to retain within 30 days.

11. Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
